The world is entering a phase of deep restructuring of the rules of the game - logistics corridors are changing, the climate agenda is gaining a geopolitical dimension, and hybrid threats are becoming part of the everyday reality of states and businesses.
In these conditions, there is a particularly acute shortage of platforms where the state, entrepreneurs and the professional expert community could develop a coherent image of the future solely on the basis of knowledge and experience, and not emotions.
Name and status
Full name - Interregional public organization "International United Coordination Expert Council of representatives of the management staff of organizations, highly qualified specialists and honored persons awarded an honorary title", abbreviated name - "International Expert Council" (Status: International Association).
Status of the organization: international independent public expert institute, uniting representatives of the management staff of organizations, highly qualified specialists and distinguished persons, whose reputation is confirmed by state and public recognition.
Mission, goals, objectives
to consolidate the experience, knowledge and reputation of people whose professionalism and moral authority are confirmed by deeds and state recognition - honored government, scientific, business and public figures, and on this basis provide a functioning mechanism of expert support in the Eurasian space.
Why is this important now?
The world has entered a period of profound transformation: a multipolar system is being formed, rules, institutions and balances of power are being revised. In such eras, the ability to timely assess what is happening, anticipate developments, and build new relationships in a timely manner becomes crucial.
The countries of Northern Eurasia and Central Asia have a unique resource - a generation of people who have gone through a large public, scientific, industrial and cultural school. Their experience and authority are a strategic asset of our countries, which today lack a platform for dialogue. An international expert council is being created as such a platform.
Goal and objectives
promoting the implementation of national development goals of friendly partner countries in the CSTO, CIS, EAEU, SCO and other associations through consolidating expert and managerial potential, developing strategic decisions that meet the challenges of new times, strengthening collective security and sustainable development of the Eurasian space.
Tasks:
- Formation of a permanent intersectoral expert and analytical body capable of supporting decision-making at all levels;
- Strategic forecasting: analysis of risks and windows of opportunity in the new international reality;
- Expert and consulting support for government agencies, government programs and projects;
- Development of international expert dialogue, building the architecture of new relations on the principles of equality and mutual respect;
- Participation in the development of a common image of the future;
- Assistance in coordinating the efforts of the state, business and society in solving national problems;
- Information and educational work: objective coverage of activities, popularization of achievements and best practices.

- Information and educational work. Освещение деятельности Совета, популяризация достижений ее членов, формирование в обществе запроса на экспертный подход и созидательную повестку;
- Development and support of programs and projects. Формирование банка идей, инициатив и разработок, их экспертная оценка и внедрение;
- Health and quality of life. Экспертная поддержка здравоохранения и социальной сферы.
Project portfolio
- "Health of Nations". Межстрановая программа экспертной поддержки систем здравоохранения: обмен практиками организации медицинской помощи, кадровые и образовательные проекты, профилактика, санитарно-эпидемиологическое благополучие;
- "Pure Eurasia". Экологический, санитарно-гигиенический и медико-биологический мониторинг, оценка влияния производств и товаров на здоровье населения. Отдельный контур – вода: мониторинг качества питьевой воды, состояние рек, озер и подземных источников, экспертиза систем водоснабжения и водоочистки;
- "Food Sustainability". Агроэкспертиза, устойчивость агросектора к климатическим и водным рискам, обмен агротехнологиями;
- "Technological independence". Оценка критических технологических зависимостей в чувствительных отраслях (медицина, фармацевтика, приборостроение и др.), экспертная поддержка национальных разработок и производств стран-участниц;
- Eurasian Expert Forum “Common Future”. Ежегодная площадка с участием экспертов дружественных стран; равноправный профессиональный диалог с экспертным сообществом дружественных стран. Формат: закрытые сессии и публичная программа;
- “Image of the Future” program. Совместная работа евразийского экспертного сообщества над стратегическими нарративами: перекрестные культурные годы, гуманитарные проекты, издания, документальное наследие;
- "Continuity". Система передачи опыта от заслуженных лиц и высших управленцев молодым руководителям и специалистам: менторские пары, стажировки, выездные школы в регионах стран-участниц.
- Socially responsible business club. Клубная платформа для бизнеса: совместные социальные программы, софинансирование проектов Совета, участие в экспертной работе, международное сотрудничество.
