International Expert Council
Unites heads of organizations, highly qualified specialists and distinguished persons. At the Council site, colleagues discuss industry issues in closed sessions, develop a common position and gain access to experience that is not available in open sources.
Main activity: assistance in solving tasks set both directly by the leadership of the Collective Security Treaty Organization (CSTO) and by the leadership of the CSTO member countries, as well as friendly countries that are members of the main international organizations with the participation of partner countries in the CSTO, the Commonwealth of Independent States (CIS), the Eurasian Economic Union (EAEU), the Shanghai Cooperation Organization (SCO), and other friendly organizations with participation CSTO member countries.

The International Expert Council was created as a permanent intersectoral public association of representatives of the management staff of organizations, highly qualified specialists and distinguished persons awarded an honorary title.
